Stay Warm this Winter - Sketch Saturday & Creative Inspirations

The weather is still really bad here in Oxforshire so lucky for me I have managed to fit in a day of crafting. I have made this card to enter into the Sketch Saturday Challenge. It's a great sketch and everything came together really quickly. I am also going to enter it into the Creative Inspirations challenge which is sparkle. I have used My Minds Eye Signature Christmas papers. I just love the colours in this book and some of the papers can be used for everyday cards. The image was part of a freebie set of stamps in a magazine. The image is quite small so to fit in with the sketch I distressed some of the backing paper and coloured the edges. I have used glitter glue for the snow although it may not be apparent at first glance. I created the sentiment in Word and cut it out using Nestabilities Label 1. The holly is a stamp and I have coloured it using Copics. Finally the trees are die cuts that I had in the drawer and I have used stickles for the snow. I can't remember the copics I used because stupidly I put them away in an attempt to tidy my work area only to realise I hadn't made a note of them. Thanks for taking the time to view my artwork. Please leave a comment if you have time as I love to read your comments, good or bad! Jenny
